The KYK Generation II is covered by a 7 Year bumper to bumper warranty. If you experience any performance issues with any of our units, we will fix or replace it. Any machine that is damaged shall be fixed, and/or replaced with a comparable machine at no additional cost to you (minus shipping & handling). Your KYK G2 unit is covered in all circumstances with the exception of damaged caused from dropping a unit or other physical damage. Do not attempt to repair the unit yourself, or your warranty could be affected. We have trained technicians that are eager to help.
Plain and Simple
KYK has no limitations with regards to how much water is produced from our machine, and no stipulations for things such as: There is no required time frame for replacing filters, and no required amount of filters that need to be purchased in a certain time frame. Warranty will not be voided in hard water areas. KYK is confident in our products and we want you to feel the same way. If you have any questions or comments regarding our warranty, please contact us.

I've been waiting for the KYK Co. to produce a 7 plate model. Its finally here! With the extra plates it is very powerful and half the price of the other 7 plate models out there. I feel better and healthier than ever and I strongly recommend this machine for a healthier lifestyle for you and your family.
