The Easy Way to Better Health – the Importance of Drinking Alkaline Water

With a party-packed holiday season right around the corner, we know that overindulgence, spreading ourselves thin, and neglecting our health to some extent come with the territory. So this week, we here at Ionizer Oasis thought we'd share an easy way to help you float through the holiday season, happily and healthily.

You Could Be Suffering from Dehydration and Not Even Know It!

The effects of dehydration can vary, since your body needs water to perform many functions. In some cases, a condition can be improved just by keeping yourself hydrated.

Many people, however, don't even know that they are dehydrated until they reach severe dehydration. The body has amazing ways of adapting to less than optimal levels of hydration, including reducing the feeling of thirst.
